Indy is full of things to do! From the Indianapolis Zoo, to Mass Ave, to Newfields, or the number of concerts. We are here to give you a few ideas for this summer!
Newfields: A place for nature and the arts is hosting an exhibit called “Seasons of Japan.” “Newfields invites you to take in 700 years of Japanese art and culture during Seasons of Japan.” Plan a day with your girlfriends and see the exhibits at Newfields (also known as the IMA, Indianapolis Museum of Art).
Mass Ave is really popular for adults in Indy. Plenty of live music, great drinks, and staple foods. Visit places like Ball & Biscuit or Libertine Liquor Bar for some amazing drinks. FortyFive Degrees, Salt, Mesh or The Eagle are all examples of great places to eat on Mass Ave.
White River State Park, Ruoff Home Mortgage Music Center, Banker’s Life Fieldhouse, and Old National Center hold numbers of concerts, shows and performances all summer.
On July 4th, IPL hosts an Independence Day celebration at the Indiana War Memorial. This is a fun and exciting way to see fireworks in Indy!
The Indiana State Fair is August 2nd, 2019 to August 25th, 2019. Pop in there for some fried Oreo’s!
