Halloween is almost here and it’s one of my favorite holidays! There are so many fun events this time year around Indianapolis. Here are a few you should definitely check out this year!
Indy Scream Park – October 19th – 31st
Check out Indy’s largest haunted house! It’s an experience like none other with 6 different haunted attractions, each with there own theme and story like the Zombieland Apocalypse and the Blackpool Prison – plus there is a “Monster Midway” with food, games, and beer.
Historic Irvington Halloween Festival – October 24 – 31st
The celebration includes a week of events including musicians, costume contests, Halloween-themed movies, storytelling, ghost tours, live theater, a masquerade ball, a haunted puppet show, and dozens of other events. It starts on Saturday, October 24, with a street fair that features over 170 vendors, live music, and a costume parade.
The Fall Festival at Holiday Park – October 28th
Check it out between 1 and 5 at the Holiday Park Nature Center. There will be marshmallows around the campfire, a scavenger hunt, fall crafts, snacks, face painting, and live music. And it’s free for everyone!
Scary-oke in Greenwood – October 30th
Check out Fireside Brewhouse in your best Halloween costume for some Halloween karaoke. There will be a $50 cash prize for “Kostume Kamikaze Karaoke,” and if you’re not a singer, there will be two awesome prized up for grabs for the best costumes.
