Each year I get asked, “What is your New Year’s Resolution?” And every year I say, “I don’t have one!” This year I decided to change that up. I decided that it’s time to get fit with my family. USA Today came out with this article 6 ways to make your New Year’s resolutions stick that I found very helpful in achieving my goals.
